Unless expressly specified otherwise, we are the data controller of personal information collected and processed for the administrative, operational, and commercial management of WatchSpace.
We are a platform for our users to buy and sell new and pre-owned luxury watches. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, or otherwise process your information and your rights associated with that processing.
WatchSpace may contain links to other websites, applications, platforms, and services maintained by third parties. The information practices of these third parties, including the social media platforms that host our branded social media pages (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), are governed by their privacy statements, which you should review to better understand their privacy practices. This Privacy Policy only applies to WatchSpace and the services it provides.

Creating an Account on WatchSpace. When you create a WatchSpace account as a buyer, you are required to provide your first and last name, email address, phone number, username, and password. When you create a WatchSpace account as a private seller, you are required to provide your first and last name, email address, phone number, username, password, address, date of birth, nationality, and taxpayer id number. When you create a WatchSpace account as a dealer, you are required to provide your entity name, the first and last name of a contact person, email address, phone number, username, password, address, and taxpayer id number. We may give you the option to provide additional information such as your profile photo, gender, profession, and languages you speak. You will receive an email confirmation after your account has been created.
Using WatchSpace Internal Messenger. Registered users can communicate with us, dealers, buyers, and private sellers using our internal messenger. Communication occurs between you, the person you're contacting, and us. Messages are automatically and manually scanned in our discretion to prevent fraud, detect illegal activities, and ensure compliance with our Terms and Conditions. You can manage your messages or request deletions. In cases of fraud, illegal activity, or violations, we may retain relevant messages for legal purposes, even if you've requested deletion.
Contacting Our Customer Support. When you contact our customer support, you will need to provide your username, email address, phone number, a brief description of the issue, any relevant documents or screenshots, and any personal information you choose to share.
Subscribing to Our Newsletter. To receive our newsletter, you will need to provide your email address. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in any newsletter or emailing us at support@watchspace.com.

We reserve the right to delete or not publish reviews.
Using the Watch Collection. If you are a private seller or dealer, you can manage your watch collection online by adding watches, entering details, and uploading pictures. This includes data such as the watch's reference number, brand, model, condition, and ownership. You can also specify the purchase price, time and place of purchase, and a picture of your watch. This information is voluntary.
Participating in a User Survey. You may be invited to take part in user surveys to help us understand user behavior, needs, and motivations. This helps us improve our platform, products, and processes. You will need to provide your username, first and last name, email address, phone number, and any personal information you choose to share.
Personal information We Automatically Collect From You
We use common information-gathering tools, such as tools for collecting data, cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to collect information that may contain personal information as you navigate WatchSpace or interact with emails we have sent to you.

7. How Long Do We Store Your Personal information?
We may retain your personal information for a period of time consistent with the original purpose of collection or as long as required to fulfill our legal obligations. After expiry of the applicable retention periods, your personal information will be deleted. We follow a deletion process to make sure that your data is safely and completely removed from our servers or retained only in anonymized form. We try to ensure that our services protect information from accidental or malicious deletion. As with any deletion process, things like routine maintenance, unexpected outages, bugs, or failures in our protocols may cause delays in the processes and timeframes of deletion. If there is any data that we are unable, for technical reasons, to delete entirely from our systems, we will implement appropriate measures to prevent any further use of such data.

Deleting Your Information
If desired, you can delete your WatchSpace account by contacting us at support@watchspace.com. Please note that deletions are reflected promptly in our user database, in some cases, we retain data for limited periods when it needs to be kept for legitimate business or legal purposes. See “Retaining Your Information” below for more information.
9. Children Under 18
If you are under the age of 18, please do not use or provide any personal information to WatchSpace. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18 and do not target WatchSpace to children under 18. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 18 has provided their personal information to us, please contact us by sending an email at support@watchspace.com, and we will delete that information.
10. Privacy Policy Updates
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. We will let you know via email, popping up a window that requires acceptance of new Privacy Policy, or providing any other notice required by applicable law. We will also update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
