Operations Analyst
Job Description:
- Review and analyze system-generated reports and operational data related to distribution center (DC) activities, including order processing, fulfillment status, and shipment tracking, to assess performance against established service level agreements (SLAs), internal benchmarks, and operational standards.
- Analyze order flow, fulfillment status, inventory levels, and shipment activities using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, order management systems (OMS), and reporting tools to identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, and operational trends.
- Analyze operational issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven resolution of discrepancies and process inefficiencies.
- Compile, analyze, and maintain operational data related to key performance indicators (KPIs), including SLA attainment, order accuracy, fulfillment throughput, and inventory performance, and prepare periodic reports to support business decision-making.
- Assist in evaluating existing workflows and operational processes by analyzing data trends and system outputs; recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and support cost control objectives.
- Analyze and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation to ensure alignment with operational data insights and performance objectives.
- Support the evaluation and documentation of process improvements by collaborating with cross-functional teams within established operational frameworks.
Minimum Requirements:
- Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Management, Information Systems, or a related field (foreign equivalent is acceptable);
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting;
- Experience with Microsoft Excel or similar data reporting systems;
- Ability to analyze operational data and support process improvement initiatives.
Full-time, 40 hrs/wk. Salary $107,453/yr.
