Market Data Analyst
Worksite: 530 Lakeside Dr, Ste 290, Sunnyvale, CA 94085
Duties:
1. Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting consumer, competitor, and market data to generate actionable insights.
2. Developing reports and interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau to effectively communicate findings.
3. Conducting competitive benchmarking and industry analysis.
4. Assisting in forecasting market trends and customer demand.
5. Evaluating marketing campaigns and supporting ongoing optimization efforts.
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment of data strategies with business objectives.
7. Applying advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and data visualization techniques to inform business decisions.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics or related field plus 12 months of experience as a Business Analyst or related occupation. Special skills required: experience in business and market research, analyzing complex datasets, and developing dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
Hours: Full time (40 hours/week)
Wage: $66,893 per year
Software Engineer
Software Engineer – Watch Space Inc., Sunnyvale, CA.
Develop, test, and maintain backend systems and data processing components. Build APIs and services using Java and Python. Work with databases and cloud storage tools (AWS S3, Aurora). Collaborate with technical teams. Monitor system performance and implement bug fixes.
Requires Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field + 24 months experience as Software Engineer or related occupation. Skills: Java, Python, REST APIs, SQL, Spring Framework, Git, performance testing tools; experience with e-commerce or online platform.
Full-time, 40 hrs/wk. Salary $149,365/yr.
